Reheating

Prime billets are reheated to ~1190°C in a high-efficiency gas-fired furnace, ensuring uniform thermal penetration and metallurgical stability.

Rolling

Roughing, intermediate, and finishing mills progressively reduce cross-section before final shaping through a No-Twist 6-Stand High-Speed Block, delivering dimensional accuracy and consistent tensile uniformity.

Cooling & Finishing

Straight bars are quenched and transferred to a 54-metre rack-type cooling bed; coils are directed to Edenborn/Garrett coilers and slat conveyors for balanced grain structure.

Inspection

Every stage is digitally monitored through an integrated quality-management system guaranteeing consistency, traceability, and reliability.
